Return Process

  Contact our technical support team via the portal with your order number and a detailed description of the hardware issue.

  Technical Verification

  Our engineers will review your request and may provide remote troubleshooting to determine if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, pack the device in its original anti-static packaging and industrial foam to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our laboratory verifies the unit's serial number and condition, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
